Every signature on our electronic petition matters. Every phone call you make, every email you send on behalf of the cause to ensure state student financial aid for Wisconsin college students matters.

Act Now and Make a Difference

Here are five steps you can take right now that will make a difference and show the Power of Financial Aid:

  1. Sign the electronic petition. Let your elected officials know that people care about state student financial aid.
  2. Find the name and contact information for your local legislators. Send them a message saying that an educated workforce is important to Wisconsin and that their support for state student financial aid–Wisconsin Grants–is important to you.
  3. Send a message to the Governor’s office. Thank him for maintaining financial aid as part of his budget proposal.
  4. Sign up to follow us on Facebook and Twitter. We’ll post regular updates, and you can share your campaign ideas with everyone.
  5. Share this website link with your family, co-workers, friends list, and anyone else you think will join us.

Every phone call, every petition signature, every email is critical. Thousands of Wisconsin students who receive financial aid graduate and strengthen their communities. Thousands more are on a waiting list because there isn’t enough funding available.

Help show the Power of Financial Aid by taking the steps above. Then take the Selfie Challenge – share your story or video and let others know you are one of the “Faces of Financial Aid.”
